In its basic form, Ms. Castillo's turtle van has wheels that move and a removable roof. Kids can spend hours modifying it in 2 different ways using the story-based building instructions.

In party mode, the turtle van can be equipped with a moving tree, a rotating cactus and an opening treasure chest. In flying submarine mode, the turtle van can be equipped with a rocket and a moving periscope. This second mode also features a flying version of Cactus the cat that can ride alongside the van. This encourages creativity and doubles the amount of time children can play with each set.
